The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) Claim Submission Form is a secure and accessible way for undergraduate students to report potential violations of USG policies. It allows students to share their concerns either anonymously or with their name, ensuring that all claims are reviewed responsibly within USG’s Judicial process. Submitted information may be shared and or referred to appropriate university and/or legal authorities when necessary.
