EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
The Executive Council members of the Undergraduate Student Government (USG) are elected by the student body for a term of one year, and consist of the President, Treasurer, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vice President of Clubs and Organizations, Vice President of Communications, and Vice President of Student Life.
While there are variations within each role and responsibility, their main responsibilities are to manage the operations of the Student Government, carry out projects and initiatives consistent with student concerns, ensure that the undergraduate Student Activity Fee is properly being distributed, and act as the liaison between the undergraduate student body and the administration.

President
The President is the Chief Executive Officer of USG. They are the official representative of USG, and are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the USG is operating in accordance with the Constitution.

Executive Vice President
The Executive Vice President is the Chair of the Senate and assists the President with the projects, operations, and responsibilities within the Executive Branch. They also manage all official records of the Senate.

Treasurer
The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the USG. They are responsible for all budgetary & fiscal matters, and ensures that finances are handled accordingly. They are also responsible for preparing the USG annual budget.

Vice President of student life
The Vice President of Student Life is the Chief Programming Officer of USG. They are the liaison to all groups related to student life and ensure that diversity is reflected in programs and services.

The Chief Justice of USG is responsible for establishing a single, publicly available forum for undergraduate students, or a group consisting of undergraduate students, to submit a claim regarding an alleged violation of USG’s policies

Vice President of Communications
The Vice President is the manager of all mediums of communication. They are responsible for all public dissemination of information, establishment, and maintenance of media services.

Vice President of University Affairs
The Vice President of University Affairs advocates for academic and university-wide policies that benefit the undergraduate student body, combat issues happening across the University, and promote undergraduate academic and general university services provided by the University. The Vice President of University Affairs is also the principal coordinator of undergraduate representation on various advisory bodies that compose University Governance such as the University Senate and the Arts & Sciences Senate.

Vice President of Clubs & Organizations
The Vice President of Clubs and Organizations is the liaison between all entities funded by USG and chairs the Probationary Budget Committee (PBC), which introduces funding for unfunded clubs and organizations.
