Judicial BOARD
The Judicial Board shall ensure that elections of the Undergraduate Student Government are operated properly and fairly in accordance with established legislation, policy, and procedures. They will also ensure fair interpretation of the USG Constitution and Bylaws.
Chief Justice SAFO
The Chief Justice Safo leads the Judicial Branch of the Undergraduate Student Government (USG), ensuring the fair interpretation and enforcement of the USG Constitution and Bylaws. As the head and chair of the branch, he presides over hearings, resolves disputes, and upholds due process in all judicial proceedings. He is responsible for maintaining judicial integrity, guiding the Associate Justices and Vice Chief Justice, and collaborating with other USG branches to protect student rights and promote accountability.
VICE Chief Justice ODEKHIAN
The Vice Chief Justice Odekhian serves as the second-highest officer in the USG Judiciary, assisting in overseeing the judicial branch and ensuring fair interpretation of the USG Constitution and Bylaws. She supports the Chief Justice in presiding over hearings, advising on constitutional matters, and maintaining the integrity of student governance. Additionally, the Vice Chief Justice chairs the Elections Board, overseeing the fair and transparent administration of USG elections. She ensures that the election procedures comply with USG regulations, manage candidate eligibility, and uphold the democratic process within the student body.
Associate justices
The Associate Justices serve as members of the Undergraduate Student Government's Judicial Branch and are responsible for ensuring that USG operates in accordance with its Constitution, Bylaws, and other governing documents. In this role, they interpret and apply USG regulations, resolve disputes, and uphold fairness, compliance, and transparency within the organization. They hear cases involving violations of student government rules and issue fair, impartial rulings. Additionally, they serve on the Elections Board and support the Vice Chief Justice in ensuring a fair and just election process
