USG Events Management

USG Events Management (EM) consists of a student staff that can be used to assist in controlling capacity at an event. USG EM staff can collect tickets, assist with line control, and secure exits. This service can be very helpful with alleviating the stress off clubs that run busy events. There is typically a fee associated with this service.

Instructions for requesting Events Management

If interested, please contact us 3-4 weeks prior to the event!

  1. Fill out Contact Information + Event Information on the Contract Form

  2. Email the filled out form to both usg_event_forms@stonybrook.edu AND ethan.chen.3@stonybrook.edu

3. The Director will then email you back with the Description of Services, signature and date.

4. Upon receiving that email, if everything is alright, please sign, date, and return it.

5. After the contract has been finalized, a meeting with both the club E-board member and Director will take place to discuss logistics of the event in its entirety.
