CLUB FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

Probationary budget (PBC)

A club/org must have completed at least one (1) semester as a recognized club under the department of Student Engagement & Activities (SEA). PBC Budgets introduce newer clubs to a budget where USG can make sure that the budget is being effectively used to help grow the club.

Clubs are able to apply for a PBC Budget of up to $900 per academic semester and must be used toward serving the undergraduate body.

Fall 2025 PBC Deadline: November 3rd

Line Budget

After completing at least two (2) semesters of PBC, the club can then apply for a line budget which allows for more flexibility of how much a club can acquire & fewer limitations regarding what the budget is used for. Applications for Line Budget status are shared with eligible organizations during the spring semester.
